공지사항 수정했어요~

작년에 공지사항을 써 놓은 것인데... 

아무래도 학생들 시험 준비기간이나 자료를 만들다 보면 6:00에 발행이 쉽지는 않은 것 같씁니다.

 

7:00 정도로 특별한 일이 없으면 발행하도록 하겠습니다~

 

▍STEP1
집에 있는 우산들에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
집에 우산이 몇 개 있는데, 주로 현관 옆에 있는 수납장에 보관을 한다. 막대처럼 긴 우산들이 몇 개 있다. 손잡이 부분이 고리처럼 동그란 모양이어서 걸어 놓기 좋다. 크기가 큰 편이어서 비가 많이 올 때 유용하다. 반으로 접히는 우산들도 있다. 크기가 적당하고 버튼을 누르면 자동으로 펴진다. 휴대하고 다니기에 더 편하다.

▍Talk about the umbrellas you have at home.
I have a couple of umbrellas at home. I keep them in the closet next to the front door. I have a few umbrellas that are long, like sticks. The handles have a rounded shape, like a hook, so it's easy to hang them up. They are on the large side, so they are useful when there is heavy rain. Other umbrellas can be folded in half. They are a good size, and they unfold automatically when I press a button. They are easier to carry around.

▍Pattern Practice

They are useful when there is heavy rain.
We stopped the car because of the heavy rain.
Some people go hiking even in heavy rain.

3. a good size  적당한 크기
They are a good size, and they unfold automatically.
It's not a really big car, but it's a good size for our family.
I like the design, but I can't find a good size.

▍STEP2
우산을 어딘가에 두고 왔던 경험에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
가끔 우산을 분실하는 경우가 있다. 술집에 두고 오는 것이 가장 흔한 경우다. 술을 마시고 취하면 우산을 가지고 왔다는 사실을 깜빡 잊을 때도 있다. 물론 집에서 나올 때 우산을 들고 오는 것을 까맣게 잊어버리는 경우도 있다. 일기 예보에서 비가 올 거라고 하면 우산을 챙겨야 한다고 생각을 하다가, 막상 급하게 나가다 보면 잊어버리기도 한다. 이러한 경우는 편의점에서 새 우산을 구매해야 한다.

▍Talk about when you left your umbrella behind somewhere.
Sometimes, I lose track of my umbrella. Most commonly, I leave it behind at a bar. When I get drunk, sometimes it slips my mind that I brought an umbrella. Of course, there are times when I completely forget to bring an umbrella when I set out from my house. I think to myself that I should bring an umbrella when the weather forecast calls for rain. But if I leave in a hurry, I sometimes forget. When that happens, I need to buy a new one at a convenience store.

Something it slips my mind that I brought an umbrella.
Someone told me her name, but it slipped my mind.
Please write it down for me, in case it slips my mind.

3. in a hurry  급하게, 허둥지둥
If I leave in a hurry, I sometimes forget.
I left in a hurry, but I was late for the meeting.
I forgot to do it yesterday, so I had to do it in a hurry this morning.

▍Expression of the Day
Get it together.
정신 좀 차려.

A : Oh no! I left my umbrella at the restaurant! We have to go back.
B : Get it together. This is the third time this week. Why do you keep forgetting?
A : I'm sorry. I always put it under the table, and then I forget about it.
B : Can't we just go back tomorrow? If we go back, we'll be late for the meeting.

고급표현들을 영어로 쉽게 쓰고 싶은 분들은 제가 올려드린 파일의 세번째 - 영작 파일을 활용하세요. 우선, 음성파일을 듣기전에 자신이 표현 할 수 있는 방법으로 writing을 해보세요. 그 이후에 내가 쓴 표현이랑 어떻게 다른지 비교해 보세요. 입트영은 쉬운 표현, 자연스러운 표현을 추구한답니다.

 

입트영을 공부하는 방법 3.

아직 표현이 비교적 서툰 분들은 첫번째 step 1 만이라도 꾸준히 하시기를 권장드립니다. 어느정도의 표현력을 가지신 분들은 1단계는 가볍게 학습 후 step 2 를 집중적으로 학습하세요.
